address students' wellbeing needs. These programs are aimed to help
students, faculty, and staff gain knowledge about ways to assist

BASICS (Brief Alcohol Assessment and Intervention for College Students)
BASICS is an online took to educate students about blood alcohol concentration, standard drink sizes, effects of alcohol, and facts about drinking norms so that they may fully examine their personal values and goals regarding alcohol consumption.
Stress Workshop: Desserts is Stressed Spelled Backwards
During this program, we will learn some ways to manage our stress so
that it benefits instead of hinders our lives. Also, there will be
QPR: "Question, Persuade, Refer" Suicide Prevention Training
The Rice Ally Program is a student, faculty, and staff educational program. The Ally Program goals are to raise awareness about the ways homophobia and heterosexism impact everyone, and to teach skills in being an Ally to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning community.
