Stress is a very familiar experience for college students. To a certain extent stress is good, helping us to feel motivated and productive. If our stress levels get too high, however, then we start feeling all the negative things associated with stress such as trouble sleeping, trouble focusing, feeling overwhelmed and stomach problems just to name a few! During this program, we will learn some ways to manage our stress so that it benefits instead of hinders our lives. Also, there will be desserts!
