Graduate Workshops

The Wellbeing and Counseling is excited to offer a variety of workshops and programs to help the Rice community address students' wellbeing needs. These programs are aimed to help students, faculty, and staff gain knowledge about ways to assist students.

All workshops and programs are offered free of charge. Please click the following programs for more information.

We welcome partnerships with colleges and student groups on campus to host workshops. To request a program/workshop for your group, you can fill out the Wellbeing Program Request Form.

eCHECKUP TO GO
The eCHECKUP TO GO is a personalized, confidential, evidence-based online self-assessment tool developed by psychologists at San Diego State University. This program allows students to learn and receive personalized feedback about their drinking habits, cannabis use, or tobacco use.

If you would like to participate in the eCHECKUP TO GO or would like to discuss your results with a professional staff member, please contact the Student Wellbeing Office at 713-348-3311 or email wellbeing@rice.edu for more information.
