The Wellbeing and Counseling is excited to offer a variety of workshops and programs to help the Rice community address students' wellbeing needs. These programs are aimed to help students, faculty, and staff gain knowledge about ways to assist students.
All workshops and programs are offered free of charge. Please click the following programs for more information.
We welcome partnerships with colleges and student groups on campus to host workshops. To request a program/workshop for your group, you can fill out the Wellbeing Program Request Form.

Wellbeing Wednesday - Every FIRST Wednesday of the month, the Betty and Jacob Friedman Holistic Garden & the Student Wellbeing Office will host Wellbeing Wednesday in the Garden. All are welcome. No prior gardening experience necessary. Come wearing close-toed shoes and bring your own bottled water and we'll provide the rest.
