Cash received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from University of Houston. He worked for RUPD for 13 years before he joined Student Wellbeing Office as a Wellbeing Advisor. Before working at Rice, he held various positions working with students and youth ranging from: director of safety and security for a school, caseworker at various youth facilities, and school teacher. He enjoys spending time with his family and working with students. He especially finds meaning in helping students achieve their goals.
